Organic production systems are based on specific standards
precisely formulated for food production and aim at achieving
agro ecosystems, which are socially and ecologically sustainable.
We undertake diversified agriculture wherein crops and livestock
are managed through use of integrated technologies with
preference to resources available either at farm or locally.
Under Organic Farming we emphasize more on optimising the
yield potential of crops and livestock under given set of
farming conditions rather than maximization. We also promote
use of animal dung, crop residues, green manure, biofertilizers
and bio-solids from agro-industries and food processing
wastes as some of the potential sources of nutrients of
organic farming.
